Choose a welcoming appetizer reception, shared platters or a buffet menu suited to your guest count and the flow of the day. We will discuss dietary requirements, presentation and the level of food service your venue needs.
Styling, rentals & setup
Let us help coordinate the agreed décor, furniture and equipment rentals, table setup or photo backdrop. Share your inspiration and venue requirements so we can define which elements we will arrange and which are provided by others.
Coordination & event support
From the selected planning details to setup, service and wrap-up, we agree the scope with you in advance. Staffing, DJs, lighting and entertainment can be discussed as part of your proposal.

Ridge Meadows & other locations: Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows. For Bowen Island, Tsawwassen First Nation lands and Electoral Area A, including UBC, please enquire about availability and access. Ferry travel and delivery or supplier arrangements are confirmed individually.

Can you work at a venue we have already chosen?
Tell us the venue name and its access, catering and equipment requirements. We will discuss what can be provided and any arrangements that need to be confirmed before booking.
Do we need to choose a fixed wedding package?
No. Your proposal is tailored to the guest count, menu, venue and services you request. Sending an enquiry begins the conversation and does not confirm a booking.
