GRYSH & KO • EVENTS & CATERING
Celebrate a birthday or welcome a new arrival with beautiful food and thoughtful event support. Grysh & Ko brings in-house catering, selected styling and coordination to birthdays and baby showers in Vancouver and Greater Vancouver.
Make room for the moments that matter.
Birthday celebrations
From a relaxed gathering at home to a milestone birthday at a venue, we help shape the food and selected services around your guests. Share the age group, timing and atmosphere you have in mind so the proposal suits your celebration.
Baby showers
Welcome family and friends with a menu and setup that feel considered and personal. Appetizers, shared platters, sandwiches and buffet options can be discussed around the time of day and the number of people attending.
Details that bring it together
Ask about décor, furniture and equipment rentals, photo backdrops, setup and service staff. Entertainment, DJs, lighting and music can be coordinated when requested, with availability and responsibilities agreed individually.
A proposal around your celebration
We prepare the catering ourselves and can combine it with the event support you need. Tell us your venue or home setup, guest count, preferred menu and any dietary requirements. For celebrations with children, include the approximate number of adults and children so we can discuss appropriate portions and service. Prices and scope are agreed in your individual proposal.
Areas we serve
We support events across Greater Vancouver. Tell us your venue and the services you need so we can confirm availability, travel and setup arrangements.
Vancouver & the North Shore: Vancouver, the City and District of North Vancouver, West Vancouver and Lions Bay.
Burnaby, New Westminster & the Tri-Cities: Burnaby, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Anmore and Belcarra.
Richmond & south of the Fraser: Richmond, Delta, Surrey, White Rock, the City of Langley and Township of Langley.
Ridge Meadows & other locations: Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows. For Bowen Island, Tsawwassen First Nation lands and Electoral Area A, including UBC, please enquire about availability and access. Ferry travel and delivery or supplier arrangements are confirmed individually.
Questions before you enquire
Can we order food without décor or planning?
Yes. Catering can be requested on its own. We will discuss menu quantities, delivery, setup and whether staffed service would be helpful.
Can you follow our colours or theme?
Share your inspiration and the elements you need. We will discuss the styling and supplier arrangements that can be provided, rather than assuming every decoration or item is included.
Let’s plan your celebration
Tell us the occasion, date or date range, city, guest count and the services you would like. We will follow up to shape a tailored proposal.
