Event staff and service support, with coordination of DJs, music, lighting and entertainment as requested. Availability, supplier arrangements and responsibilities are confirmed in your proposal.

Can I book only the services I need?
Yes. You can request catering, décor, rentals, event staff or entertainment coordination without choosing every service. Tell us what you have already organised so we can complement your plans.
Do you work with a venue I have already booked?
Share the venue name, location, access times and any requirements. We will discuss how the selected catering, setup, rentals and staffing can fit your venue.
How much does event planning cost?
Each proposal reflects the guest count, venue, date, service scope and event requirements. We agree the selected services and pricing individually, so your proposal matches what you actually need.
